Skimming<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether you want to re-skim a room you are decorating, perhaps covering cracked or loose plaster, or cover unsightly\u00a0Artex\u00a0surfaces, we can offer skimming services that will deliver a top quality finish. Re-skimming old walls and surfaces can give a fresh, new look to your property and ensure a perfect finish when you are decorating. Please note you will need to wait until the plaster has thoroughly dried to give the best finish and ensure it does not crack \u2013 call us for a tailored quote.<\/p>\n

Plasterboarding<\/strong><\/p>\n

We offer\u00a0plasterboarding\u00a0services, which range from fitting plasterboards to partition walls and new ceilings, to\u00a0overboarding\u00a0old ceilings if you do not want the mess or hassle of taking the ceiling down, but would like to level it out. This can be a great solution as it offers a brand new finish with the minimum mess.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0type of plasterboards used varies\u00a0depending on the room and what they are being used for. We can fit\u00a0fire shield boards in kitchens, moisture boards in bathrooms or other areas that may be susceptible to damp, and even soundproof boards to reduce noise levels in the home.<\/p>\n

Rendering<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For those looking to freshen up the outside of their house we offer rendering services that will provide protection from the weather whilst giving an attractive finish. If your external walls are showing cracks or looking a little tired, a re-render could be exactly what they need. The rendering material is applied in two coats \u2013 a base coat that will level out any uneven surfaces, followed by a second coat once the base has dried to provide a smooth finish. This will also ensure there is no damp penetrating through to the internal walls.<\/p>\n

Rendering is available in a variety of different finishes including sand and cement,\u00a0pebble-dash\u00a0and K-rend (a\u00a0coloured\u00a0pre-mixed render), as well as other similar products.<\/p>\n

Decorative Services<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We can offer various coving finishes to enhance your room and create defined lines that will add a feature point. In addition to decorative coving we can also fit cornices,\u00a0ceiling roses and similar decoration depending on your specifications, desired finish and the room.<\/p>\n
